Swimming Carnival
The Swimming Carnival held at Oakleigh Recreational Centre was held on a classic summer day. Just right for a day of aquatic fun.
Along with the colourful costumes, House chants, water play, boat races and teacher vs student relays there was competitive swimming. Here are the results for the individuals and the House points

Making an entrance!
The Swimming Carnival doesn't begin until the Year 12 students make their colourful and loud entrance!
Beachside Division Swimming
A week after our swimming sports, students were back at Oakleigh representing their school in the Beachside Division Swimming competition against other local schools.
Three students had individual wins and will go through to the Southern Metropolitan Region finals:
Emily Adams (Year8) for 50m Freestyle
Emily Jones (Year 8) for 50m Backstroke
Felicity Mackenzie (Year10) for Under 20 400m freestyle
There were wins in the U14 Medley relay, U13 Freestyle relay and the U15 Freestyle relay too.
