Geometric Measure: Position

Students will be learning to describe position and give simple directions.

Stage 1 

Weeks 11

Geometric Measure: Length - Linear Fractions

Students will create and recognise halves, quarters and eighths as part measures of a whole length.

Stage 2 

Weeks 8-11

Additive Relations 

Students will be selecting and using mental and written strategies for addition and subtraction involving 2 and 3-digit numbers.

Stage 3 

Week 9 -11

Representing Quantity Fractions

Students will compare and order fractions with denominators of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10.
