Religious Education - Kindergarten
God's Creation
This term, our students have been exploring the wonder and beauty of God's creation, understanding it as God’s extraordinary gift and a reflection of divine goodness. They are learning to respond through both prayers of praise and a commitment to care for the Earth as responsible stewards. They will be studying the story of Noah and the Ark, which illustrates the renewal of creation and highlights God's promise—symbolised by the rainbow—of enduring blessing and faithfulness to the world.
We encourage families to continue celebrating this theme by admiring the beauty around you and taking simple actions to protect God's magnificent gift.
Mini Vinnies Christmas Hampers - preparation
In Week 6 of this term our school community will begin collecting donations for our annual Christmas Hampers appeal. This year our local St Vincent de Paul organisation has asked that instead of tinned food and pantry items that we focus on new/good condition toys and games for children. Donations could also include Christmas decorations, Christmas food items etc.
More information will come directly from our school Mini Vinnies in week 6.
