Dear Parents and Caregivers,

I was delighted to meet many new and existing Chatswood Public School parents and carers over the past few weeks and to discuss the vital role of volunteering in strengthening our community through P&C committee involvement. This is especially important as we approach our P&C AGM on Tuesday, 25 November, with several current volunteers stepping down as their children graduate from Year 6.

It is encouraging to see members of our community already stepping forward to take on some roles for 2026. However, the P&C still has key vacancies to fill, particularly the Treasurer and Secretary positions. If you are interested in contributing by assuming one of these roles—or if you would like to volunteer in other ways without holding a formal position.

The P&C will host our Term 4 Community Morning Tea next Friday, 21 November, from 8:30am to 9:30am. A coffee cart will be available and we warmly encourage all parents and carers to bring and share food with the community.
