Deputy Principal Update

Dear Families,

As we near the end of the year, we take this opportunity to once again acknowledge and thank Mrs Emma Strom, our Deputy Principal, who will be leaving St Andrew’s at the end of this year. Emma will take up the role at working at St Mary’s, Hastings. Emma has made a significant contribution to our school through her leadership, care for students and families, and commitment to our learning community. We thank her sincerely and wish her every blessing in her new role.

We are also delighted to announce the appointment of Mrs Ange Walsh as our new Deputy Principal and Religious Education Leader, commencing in 2026. Ange is currently the Deputy Principal at Sacred Heart School, Oakleigh, and brings a wealth of experience in teaching, learning, wellbeing and faith leadership. We look forward to welcoming Mrs Walsh to St Andrew’s and to the positive contribution she will make to our community.
