Our Allied Health Team

At Sunshine Heights Primary School we are lucky to have Allied Health support employed at our school. Vanessa, our Occupational Therapist and Maddie our Speech Pathologist work closely with the Prep cohort and teachers to help provide strategies and supports to ensure all students are able to grow, develop and access learning. We also have Olympia, our Art Therapist, who can support students at times of challenge, such as loss of a family member.

Included in your Prep Packs is a consent form which ensures your child can recieve timely and targetted support from our Allied Health team. Please return this to your child’s classroom teacher at the beginning of Prep 2026.

Vanessa and Maddie have also put together a booklet of activities that you can do with your child over the summer holidays to help prepare and develop their fine motor skill so that they are ready for school!
