A MESSAGE FROM THE SWINDONS:

To all at Banyule Primary School and the whole school community, 

We cannot thank you enough for the over whelming support and generosity given to our family. We are truly grateful to be a part of a loving community and school. The care, compassion and concern shown to us during this difficult time has been nothing but mind blowing. 

We are taking each day as it comes and getting stronger by the minute knowing we have such an amazing community around us, for that we are truly grateful. 

From the bottom of our hearts, we Thank You!

EASTER RAFFLE WRAP UP

Congratulations to all 34 students who were lucky enough to win prizes in our Easter Raffle! 🐣Thank you to the entire school community for your support in both the donation of Easter goodies and purchase of tickets. 👏🏻  

A shout out to Shencina, Amanda, Kim and Alison for organising this and wrapping up all the prizes! 🙌🏻

The CEC are pleased to announce that the raffle raised over $3,500 to support with the garden reinvigoration of the east side of the school, along Banyule Road.

SUSTAINABILITY NOTE: If you were one of the lucky 34 student recipients of the prizes, the CEC would appreciate your support in reusing the packaging for future initiatives. We are passionate about sustainability so if you could please drop any gift bags, used cellophane, packaging etc back to the office, we would greatly appreciate it. 

CONTAINER DEPOSIT SCHEME (CDS)                   

Over the Easter holidays don't forget to save your cans, bottles and juice boxes to secure a refund.  Find a CDS port (Northland or YMCA Macleod) or drop them into Four Leaves.  The app allows you to select Banyule Primary school as the recipient. 

ELECTION DAY BAKE SALE & DEMOCRATIC SAUSAGE

SATURDAY 3RD MAY (2ND SAT IN TERM 2)

Banyule Primary School has secured our school as one of the voting venues, please spread the word to your community.  As part of welcoming our community to the school we are holding a bake sale & democratic sausage sizzle. We would of course love as many baked goodies, sausage cookers & volunteers as possible on the day (Stay tuned to Compass for a sign up sheet) or join the CEC Worker Bees group to stay informed on all volunteer call outs.
