CLASSROOM MASTERY PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION
In collaboration with Knowledge Society, Western Port Secondary College has successfully implemented Classroom Mastery strategies to enhance classroom management and student engagement. Developed by Dr. Tim McDonald, the Classroom Mastery program provides educators with the tools to create positive and productive learning environments.
The implementation focused on:
Structured Learning Environments: Establishing clear routines and expectations to minimize disruptions and maximize learning time.
Teacher Support and Development: Offering professional learning, coaching, and resources to equip teachers with effective classroom management techniques. This has included over 165 classroom observations across the term!
We look forward to continuing our Classroom Mastery journey next term but for now, have a fantastic school holidays!
Kind Regards,
