Principal Class Team Responsibilities

I would like to take this opportunity to inform our College community of recent changes to our Principal Class Team responsibilities. These updates reflect our ongoing commitment to strengthening leadership and supporting the continued growth and success of our College.
The changes will see adjustments to various portfolios, as well as some Principal Class team members stepping into new leadership roles. I look forward to the contributions they will make and am confident these changes will help the College continue to deliver strong outcomes for our community.
To assist members of our College community, the table below sets out the names and responsibilities of the Principal Class team:

You will note that a new staff member has joined our College community. Suzie Harrison has assumed the new role of Deputy Principal responsible for Student Engagement and Management.
Ms Harrison comes to us after her role as an Assistant Principal from Bendigo South East College—a large government secondary college in central Victoria and most recently as an Acting Principal at Kennington Primary School. She has a wealth of experience in student engagement and management, along with the development of innovative teaching and learning programs.
We all know that starting in a new school can be both exciting and challenging, and we’re confident that our students and families will help make Ms Harrison feel supported and a part of MRC.
Kind regards
Lino Pagano
College Principal
