Solar for Apartment
Successful applicants will receive rebates of up to $2,800 per apartment, or up to $140,000 per building for buildings of up to 50 apartments, to install solar panels on their rooftop. Applications are open to apartment buildings of up to eight storeys, with between 5 and 50 apartments, and strata townhouses and units. They must be under the control of an Owners Corporation and share a common property rooftop. The program is open until 30 June 2027, or until current program funding is fully committed.

Urban Forest Fund - Stream2
Stream 2 supports community greening, with matched funding of up to $10,000 available for community-focused, small-scale projects. Think residential communal area uplifts, laneway greening, planter boxes and pots, garden bed revitalisation, food growing and biodiversity plantings. The next round will open later in the year. Now is a good time to start planning.
