OOPS Fete 

Desperately seeking Silent Auction Coordinators 

The Silent Auction contributes greatly to our overall fundraising efforts on the day and is always a much loved attraction at our fete.

The role of a Silent Auction Coordinator/s would involve emailing or visiting local businesses to request donations for our auction.  This might be a voucher from a local cafe, hair products from a hair salon etc.   We have a database of businesses to make this job simpler for you, and Fiona and Sheree are always there to support and assist wherever necessary.

This role can be done as a pair or as a team - whatever works best for you!

Ideally emails should start being sent in the next month or so to get the donations rolling in, so this is a role we would like to fill sooner rather than later.

Animal Rescue  

One of the stalls at this year's fete is called "Animal Rescue".  This stall will have lots of adorable (soft) animals looking for their forever home!  Children can choose their own pet and receive a special carry bag and adoption certificate which their chosen name can be added to.

We are looking for donations of excellent quality soft toy animals.  If you have any at home you no longer need, please drop them off at the office.  We greatly appreciate any donations you can spare.
