Important Information

Swimming Lessons
We are thrilled to announce the introduction of swimming lessons for all students in Term Four. This exciting addition to our physical education curriculum will promote fitness, safety, and confidence in the water.
Importance of Swimming Lessons:
- Health and Fitness: Swimming is an excellent full-body workout that improves cardiovascular health, strength, and flexibility.
- Safety Skills: Learning to swim is essential for water safety especially during our summer months.
- Boosts Confidence: Mastering swimming techniques builds self-esteem and encourages students to set and achieve personal goals.
- Fun and Enjoyment: Swimming is a fun activity that students can enjoy both during school and in their personal time.
Fee Information: To facilitate planning, the cost of swimming lessons for term four has been included in the term three fee statements. This approach helps families budget and prepare for the upcoming term. The cost involves eight swimming lessons and bus costs. The total per child is $150.
It is an expectation that all students attend as it is a part of the Physical Education curriculum.
Copying/Scanning
Commencing term three, there will be a cost associated with requesting printed copies of reports, certificates, NAPLAN results or other items. The fees are as follows:
- Hard Copy: $15
- Scanned Copy: $10
The introduction of these fees is necessary to cover the administrative and material costs involved in producing and distributing these documents. By implementing this charge, we aim to ensure the efficient and sustainable handling of such requests.
Students reports are able to be accessed by all parents via Compass, these can be downloaded and printed.
NAPLAN results are sent home as a hardcopy and parents are encouraged to keep these in a safe place as they are requested by high schools when enrolling.
