Learning Conversations – Wednesday August 6th 

Learning Conversations provide an opportunity to strengthen the connection between school and home. Our Learning Conversations are now open for booking. We encourage you all to make a time to meet with your child’s teacher. If you have any difficulties booking a Learning Conversation, please contact the front office.  

If you have an upcoming PSG, it is not necessary for you to also book a Learning Conversation.

St Mary’s remains open during this day. Learners will participate in House activities, working in mixed peer groups with members from their House Team, in their allocated House Community.  

If your child’s Learning Conversation is after school, please organise a space to meet your child after school. We ask that children remain with their parents if the Learning Conversation is scheduled after school hours.  

Learners are asked to wear their school uniform on this day, with their runners.  

NAPLAN

Our NAPLAN results have been released. For those with children in Years 3 and 5, your child’s results were sent home yesterday. Please refer to Compass for a News Feed post regarding these results. We are really proud of our NAPLAN results for 2025 and will celebrate the growth and achievement of our learners in upcoming newsletters.  

National Science Week 

During Term 4, we celebrate National Science Week. During Recess and Lunch times, we will provide the opportunity for learners to engage in a variety of science based activities.
