College Production 2025

Congratulations to each person in the cast and crew of our Bayside P-12 College musical production of What’s on the Box? The production team, led by Ms. Hatzikosmidis, has provided months of dedication and hard work in rehearsals, costume design, and stage props in preparation for the three nights (August 13–15) at the Altona Theatre. Together, our staff, students, and Bayside community have come together to create an amusing performance of imagination and musical talent.

The play is set in a modern television studio. It covers shows that many adults can connect with, which were part of our youth and iconic influences while growing up. The entertainment will relive the days when television was at its entertaining best.

Semester One Reports

As we have completed the first few weeks of the next semester, you will have been able to open Compass and view your child's report. It’s easy to skim over the document and make a judgement based on the information. However, reports are intended to convey considerable information across the entire document, not just within each subject in isolation. 

School reports are essential for determining student progress, facilitating communication between schools and parents, and guiding future learning. They provide a snapshot of academic performance, highlight areas of strength and those needing improvement, and inform discussions about learning goals. Effective reporting helps students, parents and teachers work together to support student success.

By analysing reports, students can identify areas where they need to focus their efforts and establish learning objectives for the future. Parents can use the information to provide targeted assistance and encouragement at home.
