Diocesan Athletics

Congratulations to our team who represented the Wagga Country Deanery at the Diocesan Athletics Carnival.

Leo ran in the 800m and 200m events and also did the long jump, where he jumped a personal best length.

Clare ran in the 200m and 100m events. She put in an outstanding effort, finishing 2nd in the 200m. She will now be invited to represent our Diocese at the Mackillop Trials in Sydney later in the year

Jaxin went in the shot put, and Nate ran in the 100m and the discus events. Both boys tried their hardest and put in strong performances.

Well done to all, and thank you to our parents, who transported their children to this event and took photos so we could all feel a part of the day.
