Year 7

Welcome back!
The Year 7 Team would like to begin by welcoming everyone back to Berwick College for Term 3. The year is truly flying by! Term 3 is another busy one, with Project Rockit and a presentation from Eric Agyeman taking place in homegroup, Science, Maths and Book week, R U OK? Day, along with Book Week and Flynn & Hollows Day.
We are really excited to see everyone again and to hear about all of the exciting adventures over the holidays, and to see all the successes and growth in store for term 3.
Year 7 Parent information night
We are really excited to announce our second parent information night coming later this term. This night will unpack key parts of your young person's high school experience including progress and semester reports, and how to start conversations regarding their health and wellbeing. We would encourage everyone to attend. Exact dates of this will be announced in the coming weeks.
Feeling hungry?
Our Wellbeing Team has free fruit and a selection of lunch items available for any student who would benefit from something extra to eat during the school day. Whether you've forgotten your lunch, are feeling hungry, or simply need a little extra fuel, you're welcome to drop into the office before school, at recess or lunch. No questions asked—we're here to support you.
Uniform reminders
As we are in the thick of winter, we have noticed that the uniform has been slipping, with hoodies and black tracksuit pants being the main culprits, so we would like to take this opportunity to remind you that hoodies are not allowed under any circumstances, and tracksuit pants must be navy blue in line with our school colours. We appreciate you supporting the school on this matter.
Meet the Captains
In our final edition of meet the Captains, we caught up with our Homegroup Captains from 7F, 7H and 7I.
