What's happening in Italian?
Dear Parents and Families,
Buon Anno! Happy New Year and welcome back to a new term.
I hope you all had a joyful and restful Christmas break. We are excited to see our students again and look forward to a wonderful term filled with learning, growth, and fun!
This term, we have lots of engaging activities planned. In Italian, we will be exploring the Italian alphabet, learning The Lords Prayer in Italian and our unit of work on Community Workers and Community Buildings. We can’t wait to see the students immerse themselves in new challenges and experiences.
It is great to have the Italian leaders helping to set things up to ensure a smooth start to the day.
Our senior students are putting in great effort as they learn Il Padre Nostro (the Lord's Prayer) in Italian. I am impressed of their dedication and progress in mastering this beautiful prayer."
The Junior school have had an introduction to the Italian Alphabet and are wondering what has happened to the letters J, K, W, X and Y as they are not in the Italian Aphabet.
The children have enjoyed exploring the new Italian room and the many resources available to them.
As always, we appreciate your support and involvement in your child’s learning journey. If you have any questions or need any information, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Let’s make this a fantastic term together!
