Learning together as one community
Our key idea for Term One is Community with a curriculum focus for Prep - Year 2 on Civics and Citizenship / Intercultural Capability, Years 3 & 4 on History and Years 5 & 6 on Civics and Citizenship.
We are looking forward to sharing our learning with you!
Our Parent Curriculum Overviews for Term One will be sent home next week via Dojo.
We’re excited to host our beginning of year Meet & Greets! These 10-minute chats will be held via Google Meet.
Booking information will be released early next week. Please keep an eye on our School Dojo for the booking link.
We are looking forward to connecting with you all!
Our teaching staff may not be in the classroom in the coming weeks. They will be released to work one-on-one, with our students, assessing their reading capabilities, in the coming weeks. Our students will also complete their PAT Reading and Maths, online, assessment later in Term One.
Our classroom teachers will use this data to plan classroom learning programs that target our students specific point of need, within the areas of English and Mathematics.
Our Specialist Timetable for Term One is below. Some weeks there may be changes due to School events. These changes are communicated via Dojo prior to the next week commencing.
Our Library Timetable for Term One is below.
Our school library is also open on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning, before school from 8:35 - 8:50 am.
Assembly is held every Friday at 2:30pm in our school hall (which is also our church). Some weeks we do not host assembly if we have another school event on, e.g. Mass, Sports Day, etc. All dates for assembly are on the school calendar.
Our next Assembly will be held via Google Meet on Friday 14th February due to School Photos and Year 5 & 6 sport.
