Sacrament of Confirmation

The Sacrament of Confirmation will be celebrated on Sunday 18th August 2024 at 2p.m at St Agatha's Church. Our candidates have been preparing for this Sacrament of Initiation and have recently completed Saints Projects whereby they researched their choice of Saint, whose name they will take for their special ceremony.

Please keep them in your prayers as they continue to prepare for this special sacrament.

Reconciliation for the Confirmation Candidates will be conducted at school on Wednesday 7th August 2024. Any candidate who is absent on this day will need to attend Reconciliation at St Agatha's Parish prior to the Confirmation Ceremony.

Reconciliation

Those students receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation and First Eucharist will be attending Reconciliation at school prior to their ceremony. For Confirmation Candidates, this will take place on Tuesday 13th August and for First Eucharist Candidates, this will take place on Wednesday 28th August. If your child is absent from school on these dates, families will need to arrange that they attend Reconciliation at St Agatha's Church prior to their respective ceremony.

Stoles

If your child requires a stole for their Sacrament of Confirmation or First Eucharist, please contact the Parish Office or refer to the informaiton in your Sacramental Packs.
