History Box Incursion
This term in Discovery, the Grade 1 students have been exploring the topic of ‘Now and Then’.
We have been looking at different types of communication, transport, technology, toys and houses from the past and comparing them with what we have now.
On Tuesday 20th August, the Grade 1 students participated in a ‘History Box’ incursion where they explored different types of clothes, household objects and toys that were used in the past.
They also got taught an Indigenous game called Ngaka Ngaka which is similar to tic-tac-toe.
