3/4TR Learning

Gr 3/4TR Literacy                      

As part of the Reading  program  in grade 3/4 the students listen to, read and discuss stories.  During Writing students plan, draft, conference, self edit and publish either imaginative, informative, persuasive and personal recounts. For spelling and word study we follow the SMART spelling program and every week SMART spelling is incorporated into class work and is part of home learning. During our Writing sessions this week the grade 3/4 students have been writing about their holiday experience.  The students in grade 3/4TR  decided to present their holiday writing as a Holiday Timeline.
