Big Write

Big Writes have begun across the school, and students are already showing great enthusiasm and creativity in their writing. Classrooms have been buzzing as students plan, draft and publish their work, building confidence and developing their skills as young authors. We look forward to seeing their writing grow and flourish throughout the term.

Maths

Stage 3 students have been busy in Maths exploring place value and developing their understanding of numbers into the millions. Through hands-on activities and problem-solving tasks, students have been learning how to read, write, order and represent large numbers with confidence. It has been wonderful to see their growing understanding as they tackle bigger numbers and apply their knowledge in new ways.

Science

Stage 3 students have been exploring how water changes state, with a focus on condensation. Through experiments and class discussions, students investigated how water vapour cools and changes back into liquid, helping them understand how condensation occurs in everyday life. It has been fantastic to see their curiosity and scientific thinking in action as they connect these concepts to the world around them.
