Christmas Curriculum Days - PJ Day
Thursday 21st December we are running a full day program for the end of the year.
Bookings will have 3 days priority given to families who have current permanent OSHC booking. Their bookings open Monday 4th December.
All other families will need to book in from Thursday 7th December.
Please see attached form.
We will be having lots of Christmas craft and games in the morning before a party lunch and then onto the movies all in our Pyjama’s/PJ’s.
Please make sure to wear your Christmas or Favorite PJ’s for the day.
January Vacation Care Program and Holidays Closure
OSHC and Vacation Care will be closed from Friday 22nd December to Friday 5th January inclusive.
January Vacation Care will open Monday 8th January and run for 3 weeks (Excluding Friday 26th Australia Day).
Please see attached the vacation care booking form if you haven’t already received it.
If you have not used OSHC before, please make sure you have completed your OSHC enrolment forms separate to the VC booking form and return them to OSHC .
End of Year invoices and Payment Dates
As we get closer to the end of the year, invoices will change and include some weeks forward as well as past weeks.
Please be aware that these invoices will be larger than normal.
Invoice dates:
- 4th December includes 20th November to 1st December past weeks and 4th December to 20th December, 2 weeks and 3 days in advance
- payment date 8th December for the whole invoice amount - 4 weeks and 3 days
- 12th December an invoice will be sent out for any extra/casual bookings made since 4th December.
Please remember we require 2 weeks notification for permanent booking cancellations for the end of the year – particularly if you don’t intend to use Monday 18th, Tuesday 19th or Wednesday 20th December.
