Year 6 Graduation

Term 4 is always the busiest in Senior Primary! Our Year 6s cannot quite believe they have finished their Primary School life - whether their 7 years have all been at MECS, or if they’ve joined us somewhere along the way. Year 6 has many highlights including their new Hoodies, the rock-climbing excursion to understand teamwork and resilience, transition sessions at Secondary School, and of course, the much anticipated Graduation Evening. It is a night full of fun, laughter, friendship, and reflection.

Each teacher who has taught our Year 6 students has woven pieces into the tapestry of their early education. It is our hope that these experiences will form building blocks for the next phase of their learning journey. Although it’s an emotional farewell, they go with our blessing, our excitement for new opportunities, and our prayers to continue seeking the Kingdom of God.

Prep Last Activity

The Preps celebrated a wonderful year of learning by having ‘Fun Friday’. We started the day with a beautiful Christmas craft and then jumped on the bus and headed to Sprouts Play Centre. The children had a great time sliding down slides and playing with their friends. There was so much fun and excitement in the air. We are so proud of all the Preps and the fantastic year of learning that they have had and we loved celebrating with them on Friday.
