Student Worship and Mission Leaders

Over the past weeks, our College has been in the process of selecting the 2024 student Worship and Mission Leaders. It is heartening to witness the enthusiasm and dedication of students eager to serve both God and their peers. Our College is truly blessed to have students who have a spirit of servant leadership.

A heartfelt thank you to the 2023 leaders who set a fantastic example. Your commitment to service and leadership has left an enduring impact on our community. Throughout the year, the 2023 student Worship and Mission teams demonstrated their dedication to embodying Biblical principles in leadership. They were guided by Proverbs 3:5-6: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths." Similarly, 1 Timothy 4:12 inspired students: "Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity."

Our Worship and Mission teams are fundamental to our College's identity.  They take charge of organising Chapel sessions, spreading the love and Word of God, as well as promote charitable initiatives. In Colossians 3:23-24, we can find a powerful reminder: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ."

We eagerly anticipate the Leadership team for 2024 and all they will have to offer. We pray that their leadership is a reflection of God's love and grace in every aspect of school life.
