Deputy Principal Staff and Students Report

Exams and Work Tasks

With exams for Years 10 and 11 underway we wish all students the very best for their exams. As we move into the second half of the term with work tasks being due it is a time for all students to work hard and focussing on getting work done to the best of their ability. We encourage all students to continue to be productive even as the end of the school year is in sight.

Looking Ahead

With the completion of exams on Thursday 21 November 2024,  please note that Friday 22 November 2024 is a Student Free Day for all students. There are no classes or school  on this day.

The following Monday 25 November 2024 is a casual clothes day to raise money for St Vincent de Paul. This is to raise funds for the Assist A Student Program, helping to raise funds for the education of children in less developed countries. We have been supporting this program for the past six years and supported the education of many students. The goal is for each pastoral class to raise the $80 it takes to educate a child for a year.  Casual dress is $3, and sausages are $2 each. I am sure our wonderful generosity will continue.

Some additional key dates as we look ahead:

We would love to have you join us for these two significant celebrations in the Wheeler Auditorium.

We encourage all students to keep working hard and persevering until the end of the school year. A lot of hard work at this time of the year can make a big difference.

As always, please do not hesitate to contact our Pastoral Staff should you have any concerns to share or information that will help us better care for and support your child.

God Bless.
