THAT'S A WRAP! 🏁

The 2024 Donald High School EBT team travelled 485 laps of the course totalling 766.3kms in distance.

They achieved the aim of keeping the average lap times in the 2 minute range with the average lap being 2.58 minutes. That's an awesome effort!

The results in the speed trials out of 91 teams entered was an overall 20th place but in our specific category (Open 😳) we aced a 6th place out of 27 teams!!! This achievement is outstanding and the teams above us were - 

1st BERWICK COLLEGE with 614 laps travelling 970.12 kms.

2nd PEMBROKE SCHOOL with 608 laps travelling 960.64 kms. 

3rd CAULFIELD GRAMMAR SCHOOL (#61) with 589 laps and 930.62 kms.

4th also CAULFIELD GRAMMAR SCHOOL (#60) with 536 laps and 846.88 kms.

5th KINGSWOOD COLLEGE on 498 laps and 786.84 kms.

6th of course ~ IT'S A GOODE THING (#66)

We are so immensely proud of our team and the new Trike! We hope that Donald High School, the Buloke Shire, Donald Community, sponsors, parents and our young riders and future leaders are acknowledged in a TEAM EFFORT exuding pride for our small school and great achievement!

The feeling of elation when we saw Judd complete the final laps 😄 The total lack of sleep and feelings of exhaustion are soon turned into a sense of determination for the 2025 event!

CONGRATULATIONS to all involved and for the parents and supporters for the big cheers, words of encouragement, the bags of ice, zooper doopers and pats on the back, without your support it would have been a harder task to conquer! But we did it!!!
