SCC's Easter Service

Our College Easter Service was a wonderful opportunity for us to join together to commemorate the events of the first Easter. Starting with a dramatic retelling of the story of the prodigal son by some of our theatrical Secondary students and staff, we were encouraged to remember the depth of our Father's love for us.

This was followed by two uplifting items from our primary choir. Brendon from Hillsong Church focused on the story of Jesus' disciple, Peter. When the crunch came, Peter denied that he even knew Jesus yet, following the resurrection, Jesus forgave Peter and he committed the rest of his life to serving God. To finish, we enjoyed a moving song, led by Amelie and Timothy from Year 11.

Thank you to all who contributed to this special community celebration.
