Carlsruhe Country Fair
Firstly, a huge thank you to those who have reached out to either coordinate a food stall or to help on the day. Your help is greatly appreciated and will make our Fair a huge success!
We do still have food stalls that we need coordinators for. Please see below:
- Foundation: Popcorn / Drinks Stall
- Year 1/2: Curry Stall
If you feel you have what it takes to put together an amazing food stall, or if you have some questions first, please contact me to discuss further.
How else can you help us now, or on the day? Here’s some options:
- Join the committee: We are a fun, energetic and enthusiastic group wanting to share our knowledge and make use of your experience and expertise.
- Coordinate a food stall: This year we are assigning each year level with a food stall to organise and run on the day. If you or a group of friends are keen to take this on board, please make contact for more information. Remember: if we don’t get an organiser, we don’t have the stall.
- Put your hand up to volunteer on the day: We always need people to run a shift on the day of the Fair, whether it be setting up in the morning, spending a 2 hour block running a stall, or packing down at the end of the day. Details will be sent out closer to the day seeking stall volunteers.
- Anything you can do to help is appreciated by the school, but most importantly by your children. The smile on their faces when they see their parents helping out is by far the best reward!
