Ladies' Luncheon

All our Special Ladies had a fantastic lunch today at Nini's Hawthorn. Well done and thank you to our hard working PA Executive team, who organised the event. Thank you also to all the families who donated items for the online auction. Your generosity and support is greatly appreciated. Thanks to those ladies who were able to join in the fun. It was wonderful celebrating with everyone today.

Maytime Fair

As ‘something we do for others’, Sacred Heart supports the Jesuit Mission by volunteering to run the Coffee Carts at the Maytime Fair at Xavier College (Senior Campus, 135 Barkers Road, Kew).

This year, the fair is being held tomorrow, Saturday 4 May, and again we have offered our support. Year 4 Parents have volunteered their time to work at the coffee cart stall from 8.30am - 4.30pm.

The Maytime Fair is a long standing Xavier tradition which donates all monies raised to the Jesuit Mission who in turn work with our most vulnerable sisters and brothers empowering them to live full and free lives.

We appreciate your support and look forward to seeing you on the day.

 Uniform Shop

The Uniform Shop will be open again on Friday 21 June.

We welcome all donations and kindly request that all items be washed prior to drop-off.

All proceeds from uniform sales go to our fabulous school!

Sacred Heart Meals Service

What is the meals service:

The Sacred Heart Meals Service is available to all Sacred Heart families that require some practical help in the form of meals at a time of need. This may be due to a very happy occasion such as a new birth in the family, or in more difficult circumstances such as a death or illness in a family.

How does it work:

The Meals Service Coordinators can be contacted by a teacher, class rep, member of the Parents Association, a friend within the school or the family members themselves. The coordinators would then contact the family to chat about what would be helpful (e.g. how often, favourite meals, dietary requirements etc) and then coordinate the service, requesting assistance from the relevant year level.

It’s important to note that we are very careful in being discreet at all times and maintaining confidentiality, ensuring the family are happy with what information (if any) is passed on to those we are asking to assist.

We can be contacted via the following methods:
