Visual Arts

Term 1 - Week 8

The Year 5/6 Portraits, inspired by Chuck Close, are almost finished. The students have learnt about Zentangle patterns, grid drawing and making a portrait of themselves, which can be tricky. What do you think?

The Year 3/4 students finished their folk Portraits and are having fun with an Easter Bunny piece. We are using Zentangle shapes for the bunny and then slick sticks for the background.

The Foundation students have created a shape tower and then tried to draw the tower next to it. The students are learning about shape, line and colour.

The F - 2 students have also made a colour wheel flower, by tearing pieces of coloured paper.

Have a great week!
