Pi Day Celebration

As you may have seen on the displays on TV screens around the school this week, we will be celebrating Pi Day on Monday, 4th March, to allow for maximum student input from our Senior School Captains in running of events. 

All students are invited to the IC at lunchtime to recite up to as many numbers of decimal places of pi as they can remember. They will get house points and score themselves a party pie (or two) for their participation. All staff are also welcome to attend the event at lunchtime to see some incredible display of memory from our students and also grab party pies too!

For reference, the record up to date at our College has been recital of Pi accurately up to 114 decimal places set in 2020!
