Japanese News Term 3 Week 10

We've had a really busy term. The Foundation and Grade One and Two students have been learning about the family in Japanese. The Foundation students have created an origami house, drew their family and labelled the family members. The Grade One and Two students have created the family tree of their family. Some students even included their extended families. The Grade Three and Four students finished making the poster of "Australia" which includes the information of Australian native animals, food, sports and landmarks. The posters will be sent to the sister school in Japan. The Grade Five and Six students have been working on their country and culture project. They presented their chosen country's culture, such as food, clothing, activities and landmarks / icons via posters, slides and video.
