Father’s Day Mass and Breakfast

Last Friday morning, Mazenod College celebrated our Father’s Day Mass and Breakfast. As always, it was a great celebration as we acknowledged our Fathers/Carers, Step-Fathers, Grandfathers, and Significant Men in our lives. It was great welcome these men to this special celebration. Amongst these men, it was great to see so many of our former students who attended this celebration with their sons, and in some cases, with their own fathers. Just to mention two of these families, we had the Ryan and Wyllie families. Oliver Wyllie, Year 10, read the Responsorial Psalm during our Mass, which he attended with his father, our former College Captain for 1998, Andre Wyllie. Similarly, one of our students who read our Prayers of the Faithful was Jack Ryan, Year 8, who attended with both his father, Phil Ryan, Class of 1988, and his Grandfather, Des Ryan. After our Mass, it was great to hear the great humour, conversations and friendships amongst our Community.

Reunions
