Equine Challenge

Last Friday was a fantastic day at Narrogin Ag College.  Eight of our students brought their horses to compete against their peers from Narrogin and Morawa Ag College.

The day featured three events: a stock workout, an obstacle course and a modified barrel race. It was great to see the students not only cheer their friends but also support competitors from the other Colleges.

Harvey Ag took home the overall win, claiming the trophy for the day. Congratulations to Tahlia Reichelt for being named Year 12 Champion Rider and to Summer Sherlock for winning Year 12 Reserve Champion Rider. Congratulations also go to Taylee Metcalf for winning the Year 11 Reserve Champion Rider.

Weekend Stock

Year 10 and 11 students are encouraged to take special note of the Weekend Stock Roster as their attendance is required for their Farm learning program. 

If a student cannot attend their weekend stock duty, it is their responsibility to arrange a swap with another student at least 1 week before their rostered weekend. Students who fail to complete their weekend stock duty will be rostered for additional weekend duties. 

Repeated non-attendance will result in a loss of Good Standing until weekend stock duties have been fulfilled.
