Secondary Administration Staff role changes

We have recently welcomed Vinka Lanyon who has returned from parental leave and is now working in the Secondary Student Services role on Mondays and Tuesdays, and at Main Reception on Wednesdays. Lou Kennaugh has transitioned to Main Reception, while Michelle Horkings has stepped into the role of Registrar and Office Manager. Jodie Stephens is our Secondary Student Services Officer from Wednesday to Friday.

Student Award Sponsorship

We are extremely grateful for the local businesses and families that continue to sponsor our Student Awards. We are currently in the process of contacting our sponsors for our 2024 Student Awards – if you would like further information about how you or your business can get involved, please contact myself via email (sbarry@moamagrammar.nsw.edu.au) or phone the school.

Thank you to the following sponsors who have confirmed their involvement for our 2024 Student Awards: Christ Church Anglican Echuca, Epicentre Op Shop, AFS Accounting, AWM Echuca, Echuca Workers Club, Brandrick, Brian McLeary & Co Accountants, Charles L King Real Estate, Community Living & Respite Services, Dillmac, Echuca Amcal, Horsfalls, Kagome, the Moller family, Payne Plumbing, EM Physio, Westpac, Scentral Flavours & Fragrances, SchoolsOut and Envirovac Industries.

Sustainability

We are very pleased to have received government funding to add to our existing solar installations. This is enabling us to install 2 x 57.6 kW batteries, along with a 74.925kW solar panel system which will be on our Food Tech and Canteen building. The first battery has been installed in recent weeks servicing our administration building, and the remainder of the work will be completed in the Term 3 break. This exciting initiative will have a very positive impact for our school and supports our efforts to continue to improve our sustainability.
