Year 10 Contemporary Art

‘Shrine Art’.

The ‘Shrine Art’ assessment, which is part of year 10 Art this year, was a mixed-media project in which we created a 'shrine' of sorts to a topic of our own choosing. It involved using various different materials and methods to create the desired theme and aesthetic of our idea. We were given a large wooden box in which to present the final design, and we were given the freedom to make choices to represent our theme in the best possible way, meaning it was a very student led and personal project.
