Wellbeing

Our School Values  have formed the basis of our Rock Solid Start. As a school community, staff  and students live by and model these values everyday.  Maybe ask your children:

• Did you see anyone be resilient today? What did they do?
• How were you showing responsibility today? 
• Did you include anyone today and show the value of unity? 

If you have a few  minutes at the dinner table, or a few minutes on the drive home, ask about their day or ask about displaying the values.  Little conversations matter!

THE SWPBS MATRIX

We have refined and finalised (for now) our school wide SWPBS Matrix, as you can see below. Each class will create thier own with student voice giving them an opportunity for input in their classes expectations. 

GROWTH MINDSET

The 4/5/6's have worked on developing a growth mindset to begin the year to start on a positive note. Here is an example of a poster created by Jack, he highlighted the lack of answers to the questions. In his words, "It's not about the answers,t hey aren't important.
