Preps

This term in sport the grade preps will have a focus on describing their feelings when learning a new skill and what strategies or ways they can be successful. 

Grade 1/2,

This term in sport the grade 1 and 2’s will be focusing on changes in speed and direction during Netball gameplay. 

Grade 3/4,

This term in sport the grade 3 and 4’s will be performing routines incorporating different jumping techniques and connecting movements. We will also practise and refine movement skills in different situations especially in athletics and Netball. 

Grade 5/6,

This term in sport the grade 5 and 6’s will perform activities that involve a transition from one skill to another through Netball.

Cross Country Districts is being held on the 9th of May at Sassella Park. Students have been selected to represent the team, we wish them the best on the day!

Athletics Day for the 4-6 students is on the 26th of June. I ask that all students keep fit outside school so they can perform their best on the day.

Interschool sport starts on May 16th of February where the students will compete against other schools in AFL, T-ball, Netball and Newcombe. There is also a modified games group that focuses on skill building.
