Cold & Flu Season
As cold and flu season approaches, it's important to support your child's health and wellbeing with a few simple steps.
Encourage regular hand washing with soap and water, especially before meals and after coughing or sneezing. Make sure your child gets enough sleep each night and enjoys a balanced diet to support their immune system.
