Principal's Report 

 We, at Miners Rest Primary School, would like to acknowledge the Wadawurrung people of the Kulin Nation.

We pay our respects and thank the Wadawurrung people.

May we share your land. We promise to look after it, as well as the animals and people too.

We wish our Year 5 and our Year 3 Campers lots of exciting and safe adventures throughout their camp experiences next week.

Thank you to our families for supporting our students to attend camp, and a big thank you to our staff attending both camps next week.

ANZAC Ceremonies

As a school, we are all so very proud of the leadership, respect and commitment that our students demonstrated throughout our school ANZAC Service.

It is also important that we acknowledge Abbey P for speaking at the Miners Rest Community ANZAC Day Service, Ned H and Brooke J for laying a wreath on behalf of Martha Haylett, as well as Bonnie H and Ava P for laying a wreath at the Cenotaph on behalf of the Miners Rest School and Kindergarten.

Assembly

We look forward to seeing all of our school community at assembly next Friday, May 9 at 2:30 pm.
