Melinda Ryan - NCCD Administrator
Hi my name is Melinda Ryan and I am the new NCCD Administrator. I am a Mum to two girls. I enjoy going to the movies and getting out in nature.
For the past 14 years I have been lucky enough to work in Wellbeing at St. Brendan's, St. Mel's and Wilmot Road Primary Schools. I am looking forward to the new challenge at St. Anne's College.
An abundance of spring activity by the maintenance team during the holidays...
Over the past school holiday period the maintenance team were busy at work completing lots of spring activities. The addition of the front entrance fence really enhances the first impressions of the college, it provides an important layer of security and protection to the college grounds and facilities, as does the bollards and fencing at the western end of the carpark.
Our maintenance and storage shed is moving along in the background, temporary fencing has been erected, recently we received our approved building permit, the storage container has been relocated, and in ground electrical works were all completed during the break.
If all of that wasn't enough, the team also managed to squeeze in some weed control spraying as well as a full spring fertilise of the ovals and surrounding lawns.
A massive thanks to Michael, John, David and Lou who were here from sun up on many days ensuring we achieved our very ambitious program of works during the school holidays - I'm sure you'll agree it's really starting to take shape.

Sniffing out wellbeing and joy wherever she plods.
With a pad of paws, a swish of tail and sniff of her wet nose, our beloved school pooch, Macie brings joy, comfort and ease wherever she roams throughout the college. Talented though she is in her role as Wellbeing Doggo, I wonder if you knew that she is also something of a gifted singer? Rising literally with the birds at 4.30 each morning, Macie begins her day (and her owner's!) with a rousing duet with an equally skilled rooster. Reportedly beginning with a gentle warble in dulcet tones before fully ramping it up as a duo, Macie on occasion inspires her doggo bestie, Murphy to join the chorus. Nice one, Macie!!
