Colour Explosion School Fun Run

 

Dear Parents and Carers,

 

Thank you so much for supporting our school to be the best it can be, especially through fundraising. This term we are fundraising for our Parents and Friends Association with a Colour Explosion School Fun Run with Australian Fundraising!

 

The Colour Explosion School Fun Run will be on Friday 17th November from 6pm to 7:30pm.

  • Please make sure students wear a WHITE shirt and closed in shoes.
  • Remember to bring a towel. 
  • Students will be given free sunglasses and a rainbow headband for the event.
  • Students will be covered in non-toxic, biodegradable colour powder from head to toe.
  • Colour Powder is made of high-quality corn starch and permitted food colours. Safety data sheet is available upon request.

How Do We Fundraise?

Fundraising for our Colour Explosion School Fun Run is entirely online. Follow the instructions in your child’s sponsorship booklet to create a cybersafe, online profile page at www.australianfundraising.com.au. At the end of our fundraiser students can order up to a total of 5 prizes based on their donations received. They can even mix and match!

 

Please note: all cash donations must be converted to online donations before 17th November. We cannot accept any cash donations for this fundraiser.

The P and F Committee would like to thank all the Parent and Friends Volunteers and children who assisted in making the Spring Fair an overwhelming success. Without the support of the Parent Body and Businesses in town we would be unable to hold such an exciting and happy event showcasing our amazing St Philomena’s community. We would encourage any parents to join our committee to assist with Spring Fair preparations which commence in February next year.

 

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank Karoliina McGregor, Katina Madden, Alex Donaldson, Kim Hurle and their families who have participated in Spring Fair preparations for over 10 years and have contributed to its success.
