Class 7

The Book Week parade was a lot of fun. Thank you to parents for assisting in the process and it was great to see some of you there as well. 

We've celebrated three birthdays this term, and made cakes, birthday cards and blown up balloons. I find these real life, hands-on experiences are a purposeful and meaningful way to incorporate their literacy and numeracy learning. 

We went on several bush walks, a fantastic regulator for our students. One walk involved observing as many different types of animal faeces as possible! Another walk involved all students being given an iPad to snap photos of nature. They loved it!
