Well term 3 is almost done! That’s a wrap! The first few weeks of term were quiet and calm then boom 4 amazing events! Disco, Dads & Donuts, Parent night out and this week Footy fever! Incredible! To all the class reps and volunteers who supported these events - a massive, THANK YOU! To those who donated their time, energy and any products and services we are so grateful and THANKFUL! Our school is so amazing because of events like these. We are truly special GPS!

Please see the price list. Kids will be purchasing their treats from 12pm. Please send money to school in named/labelled envelope or wallet or snap lock bag. Items available are $2, $3 or $5. This is a really fun way to end the term!

MANGOES

It seems early but the mango people need time to prepare their mangos! There is a major mango shortage this year so boxes will be a little smaller. Usually mangos are delivered last week in November or beginning December, this will be confirmed later. For now all we need is for you to order! Trays are 4.5kg of juicy mangos and are $26 per tray. SOMETHING EXCITING - FAMILY FUN & COLOUR RUN!! SEE FLYER

Sunday October 29th 12pm - 3:30pm

The PFA are excited to announce that the last big fundraising event for this year will be a Family Fun and Colour Run Day! The day will kick off at 12pm with GPS talent showing us what they can do...The Grand Final of ''Gardenvale's Got Talent'' will be held, along with a whole school Art EXPO showcasing the type of work our students are completing throughout their time at GPS. Also performances by the GPS dance troupe Rhythm Nation and the Senior Choir. There will be a sausage sizzle, cake and lolly stall and a Colour Crazy Store to provide some great accessory options for the Colour Run!

Colour Run

The day will finish with a big colour bang! Registered participants will complete an obstacle course around the school whilst being bombarded with coloured powder (corn starch). There are two rules:

Wear a white T-shirt at the starting line
Finish plastered in colour!

Each online student registration ($20) includes entry to the Colour Run for the student AND their parents/guardians (up to 2 adults), If the big kids are up for it! Your child will receive a sports headband and if they are sponsored via the online platform, they will automatically receive a pair of coloured sunglasses to wear in the race. Additional amazing prizes will be provided for those raising the most funds via sponsorship. It will be a wonderful, colourful, family event which we hope you will all embrace.
