Stage 2 Religious Education - A Class of Michaelangelos!
Stage 2 has been learning about how God has created humans to be stewards of creation. They have been focusing on the importance of our responsibility to care for all that God has created because everything He made is good. This week they looked at how the famous artist, Michaelangelo, painted the Sistine Chapel in The Vatican. He painted many biblical scenes, including creation. The Stage 2 students got an opportunity in class to feel like Michaelanglo by laying on the floor under their desks and drawing a creation image.
