Week 8 Updates
Last week, our Grade 3 students showed their support for R U OK? Day by coming to school dressed in yellow, spreading positivity and showing care for one another. It was wonderful to see the students embracing the message of looking out for their friends and practising kindness in their daily interactions.
In Maths, students have been having a blast exploring our unit on Mass. They had hands-on opportunities to use scales and Unifix cubes to make estimations and accurately weigh everyday objects like scissors, glue sticks, and more. The students demonstrated great teamwork and curiosity, enjoying the chance to make learning both practical and fun.
We’re so proud of how our Grade 3 learners continue to engage, support each other, and show enthusiasm for learning across all areas!
Week 9 Updates
This week, 3C proudly showcased their Dance N Schools performance!
On Tuesday, they had the chance to rehearse in front of the Year 3–6 students, before taking to the stage on Wednesday for two concerts performed to families and special guests.
A huge thank you to Olivia and Paige for teaching us the moves — our song choice, This Is What You Came For, certainly captured the energy and spirit of the occasion!
