With just one week to go until the September holidays, it’s hard to believe how quickly this term has flown!
This week was Planning Week, giving teachers valuable time away from the classroom to prepare for the term ahead, while students enjoyed a range of engaging activities led by our specialist staff. This planning ensures we have high-quality learning programs ready to go for Term 4.
Next week we will be holding an evacuation drill, as required by the Department of Education. These drills are an important part of keeping our school community safe, helping both students and staff feel confident and prepared should an evacuation ever be necessary.
On Monday some of our athletes will be representing the school at the Divisional Athletics. We wish all competitors all the best on the day.
Our Final Little Easties session for 2025 will run on Wednesday. We’ve loved welcoming our future Easties each week and can’t believe how much they have grown. We look forward to seeing them again during our more formal transition visits later in
Term 4. This program has been a wonderful way to support them as they begin their school journey.
On Thursday our Prep students are heading off on their end of term excursion. Our Preps will visit the Kyabram Fauna Park to wrap up their inquiry unit in an exciting and memorable way. We can’t wait to hear all about it!
Today we also celebrated achievements at our final assembly for the term, presenting Terrific Kids awards and our weekly Student of the Week certificates. Congratulations to all our award recipients – a wonderful way to finish the term on a high!
A few reminders for next week:
Wishing everyone a relaxing and safe Term 3 break. We look forward to welcoming you back next term!
