Year 7 2025 Parents & Carers 'Meet the Principal' Morning Tea on 19th November 2024 at 10am

Dear Year 6 into 7 Families (2025), 

 

We would like to invite you to attend a special 'Meet the Principal' Morning Tea on Tuesday, 19th November at 10am. Our Principal's Morning Tea is a further opportunity to assist families with making a successful transition from primary to secondary school.

 

It will be a wonderful opportunity for our Principal to be able to meet with families and share some information about our great school. 

 

Please meet at the College Reception (1020 Princes Highway, Pakenham) at 10am on the day.

Central Australia Trip in 2025

We are very excited about our forthcoming trip for Year 10 and 11 students in 2025 to Central Australia. If you would like to find out more about this trip, please come along to our Information Evening on the 14th November at 5:30pm in our lecture theatre.

 

 

School Saving Bonus

 

Dear Parents and Carers, 

 

In late Term 4, 2024, families with a child enrolled in a government school from Prep to Year 12 in 2025 will receive the one-off $400 School Saving Bonus.

 

The $400 School Saving Bonus provides families with support for education-related costs, such as school activities and/or school uniforms and textbooks.

 

The School Saving Bonus is not available for full-fee international students, home schooled students, TAFE students and students attending kindergarten in 2025.

Construction Update - Pakenham Level Crossing Removal Project

ROAD CLOSURES IN AND AROUND PAKENHAM

McGregor Road Entry Ramp Closure

The McGregor Road city-bound entry ramp will be closed from 7pm Friday 25 October to 5am Monday 28 October.

 

During this time, the Princes Freeway will also be reduced to one lane near the entry ramp.

 

Detours will be in place via Southeast Boulevard and Healesville-Koo Wee Rup Road.

 

Healesville-Koo Wee Rup Road traffic changes 

The Warragul-bound Princes Freeway entry ramp and city-bound Princes Freeway exit ramp are closed until mid-November to complete works on the eastern side of the freeway interchange.

 

During this time, there will also be no right turns:

  • From the Warragul-bound exit ramp to Healesville-Koo Wee Rup Road
  • From Healesville-Koo Wee Rup Road to the city-bound entry ramp.

Detours will be in place via:

  • Southeast Boulevard and the McGregor Road entry ramp for drivers entering the Princes Freeway towards Warragul
  • The McGregor Road exit ramp and Southeast Boulevard for drivers exiting the Princes Freeway to reach Healesville-Koo Wee Rup Road.
