For coming to school with a smiling face and a ‘ready to learn’ attitude. Hannah greets me daily with a big smile. She cares for her classmates and staff who work with FW.

I loved watching how she welcomed a new student to our school.

 

Japanese Award

Foundation D

For using beautiful manners and lovely inside voices while working on your zoo books in Japanese. I loved how neatly you traced over the words written in hiragana. Keep up the fabulous work.

Ella 

For her incredible maths problem solving skills. Ella was able to use counters to work out an answer to her division problem. She found all the answers and then moved onto a higher number for the extension. Her working out was clear and concise and she was able to explain her thinking! Amazing Ella!

 

Ashlyn 

For the respectful way she communicates how she is feeling to her peers. She also listens carefully to their feelings and collaborates to come up with a fair resolution to the problem. Ashlyn accepts apologies and is willing to give her peers another chance to be her friend and play nicely together.
